It didn't scale with attack power, and WAS a complete waste of mana. How about you look at the date posted before you post next time. Yes, this guide is COMPLETELY outdated, and COMPLETELY useless now. But any Hunter worth a damn realizes how true this guide was pre-WoW2.0... Wow. Estus, calm down. With an instant shot even pre bc it was still effective and mana efficient. Not to mention, if you are a hunter and can't keep up mana, you suck at life imo. K thanks.
